I'm a children's photographer in the South Orange County, CA area and am a Laguna Beach native. Growing up in such a beautiful area and then living away from it has really made me appreciate all that California has to offer. The energy, vitality, natural surroundings, creative atmosphere, climate, cuisine, and unique & interesting people are all reasons that I love California. I have learned that there is truly no place like it and it is home for me again.
A little bit about myself...I have two amazing little children and am married to a chemical engineer from Ohio who all keep me very busy. Favorite things are playing with the kids, dance, beach walks, the ocean, grilling out with friends, playing beach volleyball, and traveling whenever possible (well, pre-babies that is). Mexican food, sushi, have a chips, red wine, green tea & See's candy are among my favorites. Photography has been my passion and hobby until a few years ago when I decided to take it up a notch and shoot professionally. My background is in video production, editing and videography (working as a cameraperson for a San Diego news network, also various documentaries, shows and corporate videos), which has made my transition to still photography a very smooth one. I have a business marketing degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
